Our story

For twenty-five years, online stores have shipped the same experience: a search box and a grid of SKUs, leaving the shopper to guess which product fits, how much they need, and what has to ship alongside it.

For manufacturers of configurable, consumption-driven products — coatings, adhesives, sealants, building materials — that gap is expensive. It shows up as wrong-spec orders, under- and over-ordering, forgotten companions, failed projects and returns. The knowledge to prevent all of it already exists: in spec sheets, FAQs, application guides and the heads of counter reps. It just never made it onto the product page.

Selrite was built to close that gap — to take the expertise a great counter rep applies in a face-to-face sale and encode it into the storefront, so every buyer gets it, every time.
